***Public Drop-In Open Play is CLOSED to the Public Until Further Notice***
Pre-Registered Open Play Now Available! (limited capacity)
While the Tot Club Indoor Play Space is currently closed todrop-in play, we are happy to announce that we will now be starting Open Play for those who register in advance!
For the month of May we'll be releasing a limited number of 2-hour time slots available for a small number children/families to reserve time in the indoor play space. Capacity will be limited 10 total family units during each 2 hour window.
Group sizes and COVID specific restrictions/safety requirements are subject to change based on state and local guidelines on the day of the scheduled activity.
** Our indoor play area is designed for children 0 - 6 years old, but careful older sibling "helpers" are always welcome **
PRE-REGISTER - Click the button above to reserve a time slot for one child+adult pair and note if there will be additional siblings joining
ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS - Each additional sibling (over the age of 6 months) is $5 and once your spot is confirmed, you can click here to register the sibling from your mobile device anytime before you arrive (if you have trouble, let the staff person know and they can bring the link up on the iPad at the front desk).
MAX CAPACITY - we currently need to limit each 2hr window to a maximum of 10-12 families (20-30 people total)
MIN CAPACITY - We need a minimum of 4-5 families registered at least 24hrs before the scheduled time in order to hold the space and to cover staffing costs.
If we do not meet the minimum requirements 24hrs prior to the scheduled time, we'll send an email notice and process a refund.
Unfortunately, we can not refund for customer cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled play session.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE -
Each family needs to complete virtual check-in / contact tracing form HERE: https://form.jotform.com/marbleheadparenting/mhp-activity-sign-in--contact-traci

Small Group Open Play Policies & Guidelines
Prior to arrival, we ask that one adult from each family/household complete the information requested in ouronline Self Check-In form (includes self-health assessment & contact tracing info as required by the State); preferably from their own mobile device before they enter the space.
Capacity Limits: At this time private group sizes are limited to 20-30 total people (including adults and children), from 10-12 separate households. We expect at least one adult from each family/household (or an assigned representative) to remain onsite throughout the event. At this time, we'd like to limit adults to 1-2 per household, but email us in advance if you have a special request for additional adult visitors with your group and we'll see if there's room.
Masks: Adults and children 4yrs and older must wear a mask to enter the building and at all times while in our space. Children 2-3yrs old are strongly encouraged to wear a mask if they can safely do so. Masks are NOT recommended for babies under 2yrs old. While we understand this is a private group/pod, we still require everyone to follow these guidelines for the safety of our staff. If you or your child needs a mask break, you are always welcome to move outside for a bit and return when you are ready.
Social Distancing: Per State and local guidelines we ask everyone to maintain a minimum of 6’ social distance from our staff and other individuals not within your family/household. We prefer that each “play area” within our space be occupied by one family at a time (unless otherwise noted) and ask you to wait until the other family has exited before you enter a play area.
Hand Washing/Sanitizing & Health Practices: Everyone must wash (in the bathroom) or sanitize their hands upon entering the space. Please also use the hand sanitizing stations around the space when moving from one play area to another.
Remove Shoes & Wear Socks: socks are required for adults but not for children. If an adult forgets to bring socks, we can provide a pair for $2 cash or we can start a tab and invoice the host at the end of the session.
Child Supervision & Health Safety: Please stay near enough to your child to help cover sneezes and coughs. If your child has tasted a toy please put them in the provided “used toys” collection bins and wipe any surfaces (with provided wipes) that are dribbled and drooled on. Please also make sure older siblings are mindful of the little ones and careful with equipment that is meant for the smaller/younger children.
Age Ranges: While our space and equipment is designed for children 0-6years old, we welcome older siblings who can be careful around the little ones and can play gently with our equipment. We want the early walkers and crawlers to feel comfortable exploring, so ask all parents to help discourage running and rough play around the littlest guests.
Food, Snacks, & Beverages: As a general rule we are not currently allowing food and beverages to be consumed onsite. We do allow baby bottles, water bottles and prefer them to be straw bottles or cups to allow easy access for a mask without removing it all the way.
*** HOWEVER, since this is a small group, and 2hrs is a long time for little ones, we can allow individual and well distanced snack breaks for kids. We ask that you move to a table or bench outside of the gated play area and wipe that area down with provided surface wipes and sanitize hands before and after.
Staff: We will typically only have one staff member present at a time. For their safety and yours, we ask them to greet you from a distance, make sure questions are answered, and then suggest they spend most of their time in the staff office or in other rooms as much as they can during your visit. PLEASE don’t hesitate to knock on the door if you have an issue or questions.
End of Your Visit: We know some kids have a hard time transitioning, so we ask you to start wrapping up your visit 15-20 minutes before your time is up. Please exit promptly as we have only allotted one hour between groups for the staff person to do a deep clean, rotate toys, and they need all of that time to make sure the space is ready for a new group.
