For newborns up to crawling
This class is all about baby and parental bonding. While there are gentle stretches for the parent, our focus is on developmentally supportive movements and stretching for baby. We combine infant massage, songs and movements that aide with digestion, and encourage healthy gross motor development. We end with a long savasana for parent and baby to snuggle, bond, meditate and relax. Parents are welcome to feed, change diapers and soothe baby on our yoga balls whenever needed.
Teacher: Lindsey Olsen
Length: 50 min - we start with guided stretching, songs and yoga play followed by parent relaxation time with coffee and tea.
Workshop Length: 90 minutes - lots more stretching for both Mom and baby as well as time to connect
