Stress Management for Parents
Parenting is stressful (especially around the holidays). We worry so much about our children’s well being that we often dismiss our own needs. All we want is our children well fed and sleeping in their beds at the end of the day, but sometimes days end in tantrums and meltdowns on all sides.
This workshop will give you advice on the small changes we can make such as a healthy eating tips (for us and our kids), addressing behavioral issues and meeting our children’s sleep needs so we can help reduce our own stress levels (and keep our children happy!).
Things can be especially stressful around the holidays with the disruption in our family’s every day routines causing late nights and behavior issues. We've assembled a panel of pediatric sleep, nutrition and behavior experts to help you get on the right path this holiday season and tips to use throughout the year.
What will be covered:
Balanced eating (for parent & child)
Sleep advice (no more over-tired kids!)
The workshop will be about 45-60 minutes of material followed by 45 minutes of Q&A
When: November 16 @ 7:00
Meet the panel:
