The daily work of being a mom is hard on the body. We lift heavy weights (aka kids) all day without even a second to think about the proper muscular engagement while constantly put our self-care last. If you have tightness in your neck and shoulders, worry about core strength, or just want an evening where you can take off your “mom hat,” this is for you! Join your fellow moms for an evening of side bends, hip openers, and core work to stretch and strengthen the muscles that support us in our daily work. Followed by wine, treats, and toddler bashing (I mean commiserating). We’ll have wine available but feel free to bring a yummy bottle or treat to share! (Saturday classes will have “mom”osas!
