Infant Massage Workshop
Infant massage is a practice that is beneficial for both the child and caregiver. Research studies have shown many positive short term, and long term benefits, of nurturing touch and infant massage such as improved sleep, digestion, increased bonding, and aiding in neurological development. By the end of the workshop you will learn how to use nurturing touch and full body massage on your child. During the class you will practice massage techniques either on your child or a doll/teddy bear, as well as have time for questions and discussion of relevant parenting topics. You will be provided with an oil and a detailed take-home handout so you can practice at home.
When: POSTPONED
Workshop will last approximately 75 minutes
