Let’s Breathe!! Mindfulness-Yoga-Journaling
This unique program encompasses a Mindfulness Integration to support children in a safe and caring learning environment. Students learn through the integration of creative yoga flow, mindfulness and journaling to become more aware and pay attention in an open, balanced and curious way. Jen’s guidance and teaching equips students with skills to develop a deeper mind body awareness, self compassion for themselves and compassion for others, skills to further understand their emotions, to stimulate both sides of their brain and to recognize when their attention has wondered! Research has found with mindfulness practice, students show improved attention (focus and concentration), executive functions, greater social and emotional skills (improved self regulation as well as compassion), enhanced well-being, and decreased anxiety, stress and depression. - Mondays at 4:00 for Grades K-3
- Mondays at 5:15 for Grades 4-7

Sibling Open Play: Parents are welcome to bring younger siblings to play in our playspace during class. Drop In siblings are $5 but if you prepay for siblings during the session it is $2/class. Please pay for sibling open play at the front desk.
*All classes are subject to change based on enrollment and weather. We will inform you of any changes.
*Make-ups are available in the case of sickness and travel in current session only (unless missed classes are at the end of the session). Drop in to any of our Drop-In classes for a make-up.
*If you decide to withdraw up to 1 week BEFORE the session has begun, we will issue a refund (minus a $25 fee). If the class session has already begun, we will do our best to help you find another class for your child. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds for classes that have already begun.
