SUMMER: We require 3 families registered per session to run. If you don’t see it on the schedule we are most likely closed or already in session. If the session has started, please call to check before dropping in. If we don’t answer, we’re not there!

​**PRIVATE GROUPS: Email us if you are interested in reserving the entire space for private play with just your friends/family**​

Open Play Policies

• Prior to arrival: Please check your email for any last-minute changes or cancellations.
• Hand Washing/Sanitizing & Health Practices: Everyone must wash (in the bathroom) or sanitize their hands upon entering the space. Please also use the hand sanitizing stations around the space when moving from one play area to another.
• Remove Shoes & Wear Socks: socks are required for adults but not for children. If an adult forgets to bring socks, we can provide a pair for $2.
• Child Supervision & Health Safety: Please stay near enough to your child to help cover sneezes and coughs. If your child has tasted a toy please put them in the provided “used toys” collection bins and wipe any surfaces (with provided wipes) that are dribbled and drooled on. Please also make sure older siblings are mindful of the little ones and careful with equipment that is meant for the smaller/younger children.
• Age Ranges: Our space is designed for ages 0-6. Helpful older siblings are welcome, and we ask all parents to help discourage running and rough play around the littlest guests.
• Food, Snacks, & Beverages:  We allow nut-free snacks to be consumed while seated in designated areas (not inside the gated play area). Adults may have lidded coffee inside the play area.
• End of Your Visit: We know some kids have a hard time transitioning, so please feel welcome to borrow a book or toy from our Free Little Library! (outside the elevator)
• ​GIFT CARDS: Gift cards can be used for Open Play, Classes, Events & Workshops: BUY HERE
  CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS -
  
  • We always try our best to remain open, but when a staff member calls out sick and we cannot find coverage, we may need to cancel Open Play. We will email/text you and issue a refund if this is ever the case
  • If you cannot make your reserved day/time, please send us an email to reschedule.
